Meet Stacy:
Your Wellness & Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant
I am a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant with a Masters Degree in Nursing. I left my nursing career to further my education and learn how to help people avoid all the chronic conditions I saw so many suffer with.
Along my journey, I started having my own health issues. Trouble sleeping, low energy, weight gain, poor concentration, and irritability. Something was off and I was to exhausted to do the things I loved. I wanted to get back into nature and enjoy tiem with my kids.
While I was taking my certification program I started putting the pieces together and was determined to figure things out. With the help of my education and some extra research, I knew how to approach my doctor and what lab work to request.
I was dealing with thyroid issue and perimenopause, I knew what steps to take. I needed to balance my hormones by making adjustments to my nutrition and lifestyle habits. These changes have helped with my symptoms and overall health.

My plans focus on simplicity. I don’t know about you but when things are too much like work I am not likely to be consistent.
Sometimes we focus too much on perfection when we just need to take imperfect action.
